Introduce Visa’s new PayWave purchasing system to retail workers within the 18 to 30 year old demographic. Produce a training video in both official languages that will be engaging and creative, while informing workers on the proper process for obtaining VISA payments through the new PayWave system.
We developed a creative solution that focused on having a bilingual spokesperson explain the proper usage of processing payments using PayWave. The spokesperson is accompanied by additional actors who portray customers, patrons and retail workers.
